Up to £7.25 per hour
You will be responsible for supervising the track during race meetings and other events. You will also be responsible for the day to day upkeep of our hospitality and circuit areas. Good customer service skills are essential, as is the ability to work well under pressure, whilst maintaining impeccable safety standards.
You must have at least 6 months experience in a 7 day/week customer service environment ideally within the leisure sector. The position involves mainly evening and weekend shifts on a set rota.
Circuit Supervisor/Race Director
Up to £7.75 per hour
Your role will be to manage a shift of up to 5 Track Marshals. You will need an eye for detail and must also thrive in a fast paced customer focused industry. You will ensure all Track Marshals are providing a safe and enjoyable experience for our customers. You will report to a Duty Manager.
A part of your role will be to present driver briefings and as such, you must be confident and have the ability to take control and educate large numbers of excitable customers. Previous experience in the Karting sector isn’t essential, but is advantageous however previous customer service or leisure sector employment is a must.
