Grand Prix Karting

Our Formula 1 Grand Prix session is by far our most popular indoor karting event. Whether you’ve got loads of experience or are a virtual beginner, you can compete against other drivers in a realistic F1 style race.

Session Details

After the initial briefing on arrival, all drivers are given the opportunity to take part in a free practice session. This allows each driver to get used to the layout of the track and find the racing line to make up those all important seconds in qualifying and the grand final. The track itself is designed to give a realistic experience, with all the turns, straights and chicanes you’d expect from a Formula 1 track.

Following practice, all competitors drive in 5 qualifying races. Points are accumulated according to their final positions and the 8 drivers who have the most points after qualifying are eligible to compete for first place in the 10 lap grand final. Trophies are awarded to the drivers who finish in the coveted 1^st, 2^nd and 3^rd podium positions.

• The session is designed for groups of 11 or more drivers in order to give you a realistic Formula 1 experience.

• It costs £35 per driver to take part.

• You get to feel the adrenaline rush of racing in our fantastic 270cc pro-karts.

• You are provided with a special race kit including suit, helmet and gloves.

Our Special Go-Karting Deals

• When you bring 13 paying drivers or more for any session the organiser drives free.

• If there are a total of 21 to 30 paying drivers we give 3 drivers the session for free.

• If you arrive with more than 30 paying drivers in your party 5 of these drivers can race for free.

Please note that this Grand Prix karting session is only open to those who are 14 years of age or over.
